chess teaching school

I am a very low rated player and with my daily efforts on solving tactics and playing 30 min games I am end up in losing side and not able to progress. I read couple of books but still my mind can’t find right move so I feel I am lacking something or may be I am incompetent and doesn’t deserve to play chess. My last try is any online chess teaching school can help me. I have came across Chessmasterschool.com , what is ur suggestion on their web online program or any better online program u guys will suggest ? Please advise because this is my last shot to improve my chess.
