Chess Training Schedule

I am 16 and want to become a grandmaster someday.  I'd consider myself an intermediate player and am looking for training schedule ideas.  I have developed one, but if anyone has a better one or has some suggestions for me to edit mine, I would really appreciate it. happy.png

Do you guys think that if I follow this the grandmaster title will be attainable in 7 years or so?

Thank you very much.

Here is the schedule I made:

First, I think you should do Wednesday's routine on Monday instead. Then move Monday's routine to Thursday. Move Thursday's routine to Tuesday, and then just do Tuesday on Monday. But you got Sunday, Friday, and Saturday correct. Soon you will be a GM in no time. It's pretty easy if you add AlphaZero a training session between the puzzle rush training.

In the left part of your brain which handles logic and languagem, it will pick up on the "grammar" of the moves and then when you play your games extra dopamine will get excreted giving the neurons the ability to move faster and calculate at superhuman capacity.

To relieve the muscle aches that come after, I usually mix ginseng tea, watermelon juice, and 1 tablespoon of crushed hot pepper flakes. The heat generated from the pepper flakes will move the tea and juice up to your head and stretch it an extra cm, allowing you to probably relax and come back to a normal state for your next training session the next day.

A lot to take in, but I felt you should know this since you want to become a GM.
