chess unclear thinking with me

Hi all, I am writing about a topic I previously wrote about in the past but no answer has come about with my problem with unclear thinking. What's happening is I have confused thinking during chess playing. So to explain a little about about the physical aspect of the confusion is I have schizoaffective disorder and OCD. My sleep is off (physical things), then there's the chess knowledge aspect side of things where this may be giving me cobwebs in my game (where in my case I just went very basic very tactical chess like (control the center, develop your pieces unless you have a good reason not to). Ordinarily a break might be best for this problem with chess knowledge (cobwebs) like 6-8 months but I have not a good case in my life with circumstances so one person said study chess like do puzzles that take a long time to solve for my thought processes, compositions, difficult mates in 2, study a book like Reinfeld's complete chess course. What I ask is that where on the web or what book(s) will give me all the basic opening, middlegame, strategy, and endgame principles (just basic) like open the center when better developed and knights are better in closed positions than bishops. Nowadays on the web and YouTube information for me at least seems confused e.g they don't explain the basic opening principles properly. So studying chess may be the second best option for my situation in addition to improving physical things (like sleep, and diet ). Yes you would have to know my current life situation better and my chess game better e.g I'm a very good player (like to play very solid (by principles) and very tactical. Been playing for 18 years). And you also want to study chess properly for this issue maybe. Are there websites where I can find thousands of easy and very easy chess puzzles, I may have to pay for chess.com puzzle server, it didn't let me do any more. Thank You.
