Hey guys,

How to play chess online and video chat with your opponent at the same time?

you could do discord, and keep your mic on and play chess at the same time, or you could do some other online meeting platform

So if I use Zoom for example, will my opponent and myself be able to play and see each other at the same time as if we were playing face-to-face? 

If you're able to place both, chess.com and zoom windows, next to each other, you could do that. It's essentially like running two apps at a time. An extra monitor could be very convenient 

Just use https://chessroulette.org. It allows you to play with a friend or a complete stranger.

Hey I've made an app that does exactly that  It's called CheckMates and is available for iOS. It's not nearly as extensive as chess.com, but its great for a casual game of chess  And really fun to play with friends. 

Use Jitsi Meet. It's free and open source software, end-to-end encrypted (unlike Zoom), doesn't have time cap (like Zoom), and you don't have to register for an account to use it (like all other commercial video chat software).

It is possible on zoom. Just share your screen.
