I have evidence to back this up. You see in 140 BC after the Mesopotamians were controlled by the Chinese, many games were imparted on them. According to The Greenhaven Encyclopedia of Ancient Mesopotamia, 2007, they enjoyed not only gambling games but board games such as 'shatrang' an early version of chess, which the Mesopotamians developed into what we now know as , chess. Why is it that so many chess historians assume otherwise, you might ask? To answer this let me show you an amazing game by GM Vishy Anand where he is able to best Garry Kasparov!
This 27th move had always been a mystery...... until those studying mesopotamian history came across a groundbreaking discovery........................
