If i wanna watch games on chessbase from starting position lets say e4 c5 nf3 e6 is there any way to do that?? To get all games played from this position and then to check each game.. ??

Make a database at each point.

Ctrl+A then Ctrl+c in a new database is one way.

Or do it via right clicks.

They also have a seprate opening database that they sell.

But as it is with all things Chessbase it's waaaayyyy over priced.

Who owns the game database that Wikiapedia uses?

I cannot figure out how to create a new database in chessbase. I know it sounds stupid. I have tried and failed over and over. I have a lot of PGN files in folders and would love to convert those to a collections I can open up and browse through, like the big mega database that I have with chessbase. There has to be a way. I have read on it but it is not clear. Do I have to convert the collection to some sort of archive file first or something? Other wise I must copy/paste individual PGN files to view them unless they are already part of the large database.
