And you know this how exactly?
Chess.com has 6000 computer members.

I knew after playing a lot of games here and found UCI 2 chess engines like play all the time 1300 plays like he is a gm.

It doesn't sound logical that a 1300 would play like a GM. If he were playing at GM level it seems his rating wouldn't be 1300.

And all players play a particular same opening like a chess engine play when set to a certain elo strength.
I am not implying that members cheat but only fake members generated by the site are cheating.

I have been successfully beating shredder set to elo 1800. And thus gained the knowledge of chess engines.
But the engine used by chess.com is quite cunning.

This isn't discussion of cheating, it's accusing chess.com of using bots to appear as players.
Conspiracy nonsense. If you'd played the chess.com computers you'd see how little they resemble humans.

How is the use of bots not cheating?
It would more be fraud than cheating. They wouldn't actually be anyone's account.

I've heard this mentioned before but never quite understood it. I know chess.com has a computer program that plays some live games & even has a rating. It's fully exceptable & not considered cheating because players know before they play that it is a computer, right? I'm pretty sure I'm right about that. But I've heard also something about what the OP is describing. I think. Is he describing accounts that members create that are just for computer use? What am I misunderstanding?
Edit: Is it ok for a member to start an account for Rybka 4 as long as they say it's Rybka 4 & that it's a computer account? I think other websites have that, right?

No he's saying that a lot of the accounts that appear to be human players are in fact chess.com bots, accounts the website has set up for some obscure reason.

Fraud is a form of cheating, not something distinct. When you defraud someone, you cheat them out of something.
To make money out of chess. They have a lot of fake members just to boast 6000 members online in live chess.
Cheaters
Lol..
