There's also a disadvantage in having slow loading interface: I cannot recommend it confidently to my friends. I knew they would rather play on the other site ____.com, and also the reason why I haven't played here for so long. When I come back, it's the same old problem, same old feeling. Ha.
chess.com live chess' loading is slow

The games are nice The board is good and the updates on current online players. But the chess interface is very slow to load. How slow? I think I need a comparison. I play at another site ____.com for free, and the chess interface there is way faster. On this site, I feel terrible because the game loading really takes time and frequently interrupted. My internet connection is pretty good, and at my current speed, I can play more in the chess interface of _______.com than on chess.com. I am sorry for the comment, but I am giving my comments because I wanted to stay on this site and play with friends. If I don't want to stay, maybe I should simply leave, what's the use in commenting then...but I like the site and wanted to stay so I hope improvements can be made. The feedback section of this site is hard to find so that comments for improvement will not immediately be read by the management. With this setup, the progress of this site will be slow too.
