Chess.com Mastery Program vs ICS Grandmaster Program?

I'm trying to determine which is the better program, both overall, and for myself, as an individual.
How do the two programs compare, in scope and content? Which is more friendly to someone more at the beginner scale of chess skill? Also, price is a bit of a concern. Whereas the GM Program is $35 a month, the Mastery Program is $150 a month. This is a substantial price difference, so I guess I want to know if it is justified, and completely worth it.
