It has been like this the past few days for me, making playing totally impossible. I do software, at a minimum it should still show my time ticking down or show a connection problem, instead my time just jumps double by 20s a time

I'm playing a game, my opponent is taking forever to move, and then all of a sudden my time jumps down by 20s
Wtf? I can't play like this. I thought it was my connection but it's not, I'm on a great connection and the same thing is happening. What is going on chess.com, it makes playing absolutely impossible
