Beats me. There's a lot of videos out there so start looking for what you're interested in and I like the Greatest Chess Minds series, you might too. Most videos indicate if they're "advanced" "intermediate" etc but I'd just start watching whatever catches your eye, don't worry about the video's "level" you can decide for yourself if it's too easy or too hard to follow and the videos also list various tactics and strategies illustrated in them such as open files, the 7th rank, Bishop vs Kt, etc etc
Likewise there's a shirtload of chess mentor course look thru the listings I'm sure you'll find something that interests you. Each course indicates what its "rating" is BTW
