First thing, post this kind of thing in http://www.chess.com/forum/category/help-support There you can see if what happens to you has happened to anyone else.
Is it possible that there is something wrong with your computer? I have never experienced being bumped out of a game into someone else's and I have been playing here for years.
On numerous ossasions I have been bumped out of a game into something else--usually someone else's game where I become an observer. Rarely can I get back to my game in progress, and I lose. It also happens when a trivial chess.com pop-up comes up while I am playing, with no way to remove it (no, the "x" does not make it go away!) Again, I lose my match. Perhaps the good people at chess.com could fix these issue so that we are not accused of stalling or aborting. It would greatly improve the site, and reduce frustration. Thanks.
