Do you mean the cheating list? If that is so, then no matter how colorful he was in the forums, he cheated. That happens a lot on this site.

People that get into forum fights on a regular basis should just give up playing chess. Make it an either/or thing. Either use the site for the discussions or use it for chess.

NO, gg is a United States Veteran, and deserves a proper burial with full military honors. He smetimes came off as a cranky old bastard, but he and his wife were elderly, and starting to have health issues.

It is. I was being sloppy with my language. What I meant was, it may behoove those that frequent the forums to stop playing chess on this site entirely. No chess games = no way to get banned for cheating. Therefore happy posting.
About thirteen hours ago, around midnight Greenwich Mean Time, longstanding contributor "Chess gg," or "Gigi" as I called him, was asked the leave the site.
This eldery fella was one of the more entertaining and colorful members of the forum community. I am just posting this to the memory of Gigi -- a man who has brought so much joy, laughter, and intellectual debate to these halls.
