Your hanging bishop is in a great spot and helps keep his heavy pieces hemmed in. My gut feeling (which is often short-sighted) is Qc6, protecting the bishop, pinning the f3 pawn and threatening e4, or perhaps stacking the rooks on the g file and threatening f4.
Another possibility is e4, allowing RxB, then Qe4 threatening mate. However, Rh3 seems to shut down any immediate threats to the g3 pawn.
this is a position i got into today by playing a 30 min game i was black and my opponent wasnt that good so i won quite easily :) but let me know what you think
