I've emailed them and hopefully will get it replaced
Both should reach out to info@bryghtlabs.com or fill out the contact form on playchessup.com - the warranty is great and customer service will make sure to repair/replace any fault.
I had gotten my chessup 2 board close to a year ago, and after having forgotten about it for 2 months or so I decided to try it out again. However, the board glitches and the lights to not show up. Also, when looking the screen, it shows my board is filled with random pieces. I have updated, reset the firmware, restarted it countless times yet the problem still remains. Is there something I am missing or do I request a replacement board?
