Is en passant available as a legal move to pawns who remain on their own file?
If a pawn in the process of advancing forward is able to take a piece normally and deviates to a new file, ie Q pawn moves to the K file and then advances to the 5th rank, is it still then able to complete en passant if an opposing pawn advances past it
