clock issues

I have 15 seconds on clock. Opponent clock goes to 0.1 and puts me in check. instantly his clock goes to 20 secs and mine goes to zero. Serious clock issues in this app.
If your are running on a reasonably new computer , ping the server and check the round trip time. If it is anything < 1 second, then there's reason to check the chess.com server/client software for issues whether design or implementation bugs.
I noticed that the chess.com lock is getting very unstable lately; yes, I think I know why I keep losing blitz matches : ) No, it can't possibly be my poor speed in thinking, it is the clock. But seriously, it is skipping lately.
Also, the entire site is getting overall laggy (for a lack of better term). Like right now, when I type fast in this text window, it misses key strokes and freezes intermittently. Why would a text windows that just takes characters do this? Spell checker? It is a hindrance more than help. Sometimes extra "features" are actually bad for the product.
