I'm an older guy looking to retire soon and maybe spend more time on chess, if I can supplement income with it a little. To improve my chess, and understand how to help others better, I'd like to work with a trainer who could look at some games and suggest areas to focus on and their own coaching strategies. Unfortunately I can't find much literature on how to be a good chess coach, especially at lower levels. Can anyone suggest such a trainer or literature I haven't seen?
