coaching services

I was recently approached by someone from India offering coaching services for $25 because my chess.com rating is low, and also due to a recent thread I posted. He is not even a titled player. He claims his rate is lower than titled coaches. He is a coach on this site. He has a chess.com rating over 2000, something I don't take seriously or consider. I looked at his FIDE card, his rapid and blitz is below 1500, and standard rating around 1800. He says his Fide ratings are low due to covid. I have a difficult time taking him seriously. If I wanted serious coaching, why would I go to him? Chess.com ratings are meaningless, I am not a beginner. Even if I was a beginner, why would I pay him? Is this some kind of thing coming out if India like those call centers?

Thanks. With self study, attending tournaments regularly, I can improve, and save myself $25. Once I improve, pay for a real coach.
