Claiming that any successful female on this site uses an engine or is a guy is pretty insulting to women and shows a lot of insecurity/poor self-esteem.

Poor self esteem, hmm. What about people who bring up this topic when no one mentioned it? What does this say about you?

I believe they do care.  BUt i also elieve that part of the problem is they are a bunch of young people with the mindset of: "Everyone should be allowed to do what they want, as long as its not hurting anyone"

The problem with that is, everyones defintion of being hurt differs.  And this giving everyone a millon chances doesnt teach anyone anything, except that you know there is no fear of repercussion.

There are people actively breaking the rules and conditions, and yet they allow it to continue.

Trolls abound and offensive individuals continue to get by, and they allow it to continue.

Indeed. Why would a bloke pretend to be a woman? I've been discussing this with the other women here at the refuge for hot single women and none of us has any idea.

The tired old trope that regular, sustained practice on Tactics Trainer is essential for improvement.

HA HA HA HA HA HA HA

What else?

Urk, is the tactics trainer actually not important? I was literally thinking of getting a membership just so I could do more than 5 tactics a day.

Vlad, did you dismiss all my previous advice where I suggested playing over games on a chessboard with a cigar in your mouth?

Did you think I was just KIDDING?

Screw the stupid tactics trainer.

"If I practice a lot, how long before I become a GM?"

- Some random 1100 dude

"Why would chess.com show the name of the opening? When my opponent sees the word "trap" or "gambit" he begins to think and he does not fall into my traps. That is so unfair!!!"

-2IQC

"Again this engine rats!!! How can I report them????"

- Some angry 1200 who made a lot of stupid moves and his opponent checkmated him.

"DO NOT RESIGN!!!! NEVER EVER RESIGN!!!!"

- Some super optimist 1100 who loves John Cena and thinks he still has a chance in some game that is absolutely lost.
