complain about a player

Whilst brainstorming, I moved my bishop, and by accident actually played it, completely exposing my bishop. I truthfully said to the player that I had pressed the wrong button, and he kindly said that we could undo our moves by my moving back to original place, then he would move his piece back as well. With the development he had made, however, after I moved back my Bishop, he jumped in and checkmated me. Is there a way to complain about this? Flag a player or the like?
As far as I know, takebacks are only possible in unrated games, so does it really matter?
Take back is bad. You lost that game anyway before the bad move. Plus unrated. Game over, new game.
