Probably because you submitted the first game at (for instance) 12:00 and you tried to sumbit the second game at 11:00. Meaning that a week has not yet passed.

I understand that, as a free member, I may only submit one game per week for analysis, but is there also a limit on the total number of games I can have analyzed? The last time I had a game analyzed was on July 1st. Today is July 8th, and I am trying to submit a new game for analysis, and I keep getting the message that I am maxxed out.
