Computer games aborting constantly!

Apparently so. I'm now writing this from my laptop (on which chess.com works just fine). The aborting problem is when I use the chess.com app on my Galaxy Tab S2 tablet (an android device). When playing a game against the computer, the app just closes at random intervals with no obvious cause. I can restart the app, go back to the computer game and click "continue" to pick up where I left off, but this is annoying and breaks concentration. I've seen other android users write about this same problem (although it's not clear if they are using the same device as I am). It appears to happen only when playing a game. I've never seen the app abort when working through a lesson or tactic exercise. Any ideas would be very welcome.

If you could tell me what kind of user error causes this, that would be a lot more helpful.
