Computer glitch robbed me of game.

I was playing this game and I thought all's going well until all of a sudden, I moved my pawn and my opponent captured it from out of no where even though PAWNS CAPTURE DIAGONALLY and the pawn wasn't even on the square my opponent moved his pawn too.
I want this game investigated and my rating points to be restored.

That's actually a rule. There's some french term for it but I can't recall it right now.
