 What strength is the computer at level 5 because I just won a game at that level ?

Thanks, it says 1400 but I don't win when I play opponents on ICC rated at 1400.

Humans play differently.  One of the reasons it says "approximately" in the article.  The other of course is that these levels aren't based on rated play the way the bots are over in live.
