Unforunately, app users don't have that ability yet other than randomly paging through the forums.
You can still use your browser to access chess.com on your phone and then the full forum functionality remains.
It is not obvious to me where I go to post a 'conditional' move in the new format of chess.com.
Also, and this is worrying to me. When I have posted this question, HOW WOULD I GO BACK AND SEE IF ANYONE HAS GIVEN AN ANSWER TO ME. MAYBE SOMEONE IN THE ADMIN DEPARTMENT OF CHESS.COM WILL SEND ME A MESSAGE ABOUT THIS? I would be very grateful. Otherwise I may never know the answer to my question.
