What's really sad is that someone took the time to downvote all the posts asking to add an option, which would bring a quality of life improvement to the web interface.
Whoever you are, it's great that you don't care for this feature--more power to you and all that, but why be hostile to something that clearly a number of users want? Speaking as a physically challenged person, the option to confirm a move is more important than you might think, to my play.
Let's revive the "confirm move" discussion!

it looks like chess.com is ideologgically driven agains this. then lichess.com when my diamomnd subscription is over

+1 this button really needs to be available. I'm susceptible to twitching and regularly make false moves. How hard can this be, or is there some reason they refuse to add it? I'm thinking about moving to lichess but prefer not to.
I wonder how many user suggestions have ever been implemented?

yeah, they should really make an option for that. I am glad that they installed that for daily games, at least on my computer, but the live games could be really be frustrating when you mouseslip

+1 I'm so serious I won't be renewing my diamond membership if this isn't added before my renewal
Just lost three games because I accidentally castled by clicking my rook after my king, and then once I intended to castle left and clicked one square instead of two. I have confirm move on mobile, but sometimes I play on my laptop for the larger screen. Need this feature please.
