Consider Purchasing a Premium, Why?

@ Rookedonchess, thank you for your impressive and well written comments :)

G'day EchaniX : ))) Mate, being a Premium member and having purchased 25=30 memberships, would chess.com allow me to change my name back to it's original? I cannot imagine this being a difficult transition? If for some reson, it's an extremely costly exercise? Please lt me know.

Thanx buddy : )))

I love the Premium membership. It allows far more than basic membership.

Knightmage

Ahhh no adds, unlimited tactics, video's, live TV of grandmasters games (some times), all for a little each week.

Best thing of all is it keeps some developers and chess guru's off the street. Laughing

What's your angle, Echan'?  This is the second thread you've created @ chess.com, lauding the features here.

We know.  We're here!

I'm attempting to not sound critical, but if your infatuation with this web-site impels you to advertise for it:  go pound the pavement.

You should post these things at redhot pawn, or something.

WindowsEnthusiast

My reasons were Chess Mentor, freeness from ads, Chess.com TV, groups, Tactics Trainer, tournaments, the Live Chess chat and premium interface, and computer analysis.

I like the point Ilikeflags has there

Can I ask you echanix13 are you being paid by chess.com to hound people into buying a membership is this another one of Chess.com pointless ideas to get more money? No Offense

No Guys im not being paid by chess.com, as i already stated at the begining which you dont seem to have been able to read is that: i do not intend to come across as a sales person or marketing person.

It is my own opinion as a member here.

Please read the post before posting content that is already answered above

I never stated there is a "what else", again please read comments properly beforehand

ilikeflags

i know you didn't say what else.  i asked "or else what?" becasue you left that part out.  you told the chess.com community to please read...  etc.  but then you didn't explain the consequences if someone fails to comply with your request.

this might be too hard for you.

Richard

yes flag, i was finished, not all requests have consequences

what do you mean its a ball game?  its a religion....jk of course.  Nice to hear from some fellow weegies :)

I have my daughter signed up for Premium but one thing I am very disappointed. I can't import pgn file from her chess tournament for computer analysis here. Computer analysis only works for games that are played here.

What I ended up doing is to play against her following her opponents' moves. It works but it's a pain in the neck.

Richard

Ongtroi you can import a pgn copy it from notepad etc. then in the analysis board select, paste pgn.

not a weegy here.  never set foot in scotland.  wish i could say i had.  but i'm a hoops supporter nonetheless.  lived in n.ireland for a while.  haha, i'm not even catholic.  can't say as i'm a prod either.  i'm both?  someday i will watch a match at celtic park.  probably not an old firm match.
