That feature is not working. Also the Chess.com doesn't follow EU's GDPR rules, so guess I will have to file a suite to fix this ridiculous issues

And if you really figure stuff out, you can see that they still store users data even after the user has removed its account. So posting some legal text doesn't make it compliant.

I'm certainly not a lawyer, but they can scrap all personally identifiable information about an account, if any exists. They could also delete all your content. What never will go away are the games.

I didn't think it was working either because I was using Chrome but it worked on Firefox. What internet browser are you using?
