Say if I play a chess game and want to an analysis by coping the PGN and do a game review. I had done the game review. But unfortunately, I accidentally closed the As a I am not a free member, I can do only one review per day I had couldn't see what the review comments....
Is there anywhere all of my game reviews get stored somewhere ?

If it's a Live or Daily game it will be in your Game History
The game wasn't played in chess.com online under my account it was played in a chess board with someone else....
It should still show in your Saved analysis. Try More > Library > Analysis

Let me rephrase my question...
Say if I play a classic chess game on a chess board and want to do an analysis by importing the PGN and do a game review. As a I am a free member, I can do only one review per day. I use up the game review that was available to me today by importing the PGN. But unfortunately, I accidentally closed the window. I know there is an option to store it in your study but if I haven't stored it then it will not be accessible isn't it ?
Is there anyway to revisit the review comments now ? ....
Does the game store the game reviews somewhere ?
