Depends, is he a lightweight when it comes to drinking or can he hold his liquor?
Could I, a 1200, beat Magnus...

If Magnus hadn't slept for 48 hours, had the flu, was drunk, and I was allowed to kick him in the shins every couple of minutes, I might be able to take a few points off him out of a 100 games.

When the gap is very large, things like time and alcohol handicaps don't work. He'd have to be very sick to the point that he's so miserable or in so much pain he doesn't care about the game.
I mean... 10 shots of whisky and a time handicap (having to move instantly), and I should be able to beat you. It's not much of a handicap. It would be around 600 points I imagine.
(By the way that's a little redundant... when you're very drunk you move instantly without thinking, and you don't think during your opponent's move anyway)

The problem is that when you are drunk you are unable to move with pieces (in a legal way) sooner than you aren't able to think.

Magnus is a Viking, he has alcohol in his blood.

Ok. people are mixed. so lets add more. On top of magnus being drunk (10 shots, whiskey), Tired (lets say no sleep in 48 hours), Blindfolded, and in 3 other games with me, he is also forced to play a bad move every 5 moves, constantly in pain (broken arm), someone is interrupting his thinking by talking constantly in his ear, there is a bad smell next to him (lets say hyena urine) and on top of that, he is given the wrong move every 10 moves. Would this be enough to stop the Super-GM?

Lol.
Carlsen's baseline level of play is probably 2700. I don't think he could ever play below that level, even if you broke his arm, gave him a concussion, and he was drunk, and in pain.
He'd say, "Arghhh, why am I even playing chess right now?" but then he'd still punish your blunders on the board. Lol.

What if I only give him 30 seconds?

What if you only gave him 10 seconds, and also he was upside down in a tank of water wrapped in a straight jacket like Houdini?

Now I´m 1200, I´m so proud and my girlfriend after seeing me so happy asked me if I could won Carlsen.
I guess it´s a normal question indeed.

if he had 10 shots of whiskey, not allowd to think about the game until its his move, tired, blindfolded, and playing 2 other games against me?
This is just for fun. but i really do wonder, for the average player to win against magnus, how many handicaps does he need to draw or even lose?
Also the time is 5 minute ganes respectively.
No disrespect intended but I don’t think you’d even be favourite against a 2200 in that scenario. In fact I’m pretty sure it’d be carnage.
With that in mind I think it would need a fairly decent player to be favourite against Magnus at those odds (I would definitely get crushed).
I don’t think you realise how good Magnus is.
can’t comment on what happens when adding hyena urine into the mix, obviously.

Was this supposed to be funny?
What is considered a bad move? A positional concession or a free queen?
You want to give him the wrong move? That makes no sense. Why don't you just choose his moves for him as well? Then you can checkmate him in 3 moves
How do I say this is stupid without sounding offensive?
