I guess.....

This reminds me of Dr Ian Malcomb. "Your scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could that they didn't stop to think if they should".
Is there a difference between chess ai, chess bot or chess engine? I think it's all the same.
I think it would be a fun idea to automatically analyze games and configure a chess engine to play how you do... or tailored to play to your weaknesses.
Many chess guis support opening books and you can create an opening book based on your games. Some chess engines allow you to create personalities to tailor how the engine plays. Maia is a "neural network" chess engine that was designed to play more human-like and can play at different levels.
Chess.com bots are created using Komodo chess engine with personalities and opening books.
Could u possibly train your own chess ai to play exactly like you do? Like you can feed it games from your archive that you have played. Like the chess ai can even make the same kinds of mistakes that you do? I wish it was possible.
Most AI/NNUE algorithms are likely going to need a lot more games to train on than what most players have to have any reasonable expectation to play like a specific person accurately.
Basics, like openings are going to be relatively easy, for the most common variations, but beyond that, I don't think it's that easy or useful.
