Hello.

Really want a quick response and to see if this is possible.

A bishop said check to my King.

Can I use my horse to call CHECK to the opposite king when I am in check ? the king and bishop is in a position that I will be able to delete the bishop.. you know what I mean?

is it possible? like a counter check or a double check.?

@alexlaw..

thanks a lot for your response my friend.

Can you refer me to this rule stated somewhere reliable? i lost in a match in my school and I can use this to get a second chance?

BTW: if your thinking how I lost... well I placed queen and king on the same like which caused me big time as I lost my queen. :). Anyway...

please refer me to the rule.

Thanks again.

As long as you are no longer in check at the end of your move.

I don't think theres a specific rule that applies to this scenario. As Jamie said, as long as you're not in check at the end of your move, any scenario would fit the bill, whether its merely a block or a counter-check.

Answering check with checkmate is one of the funniest things in chess. It's very rare, I've only ever seen it once or twice.

Unless the bishop is pinned to the king!
