Sometimes upon a draw offer, the menu pops up and you accidentally hit accept instead of decline. There are people without shame who will resort to anything in order to win, and will probably laugh at you for your stupidity and feel proud about their pulling a fast one if you accidentally accept the draw offer.
These people deserve to burn in hell.
It's definitely unhelpfully distracting in blitz games when the clock is low, whether you accept or not. Every second counts then. I've lost and won games where both players had 0:00.0 on the clock at the end. Not aware there's an option to prevent draw offers either. Nor does blocking these players prevent you end up playing them again.
