PS The "time lag" feature is historically called "tape delay", or now more commonly "broadcast delay".

There are often so many positions one witnesses in various games on this site that the following crazy idea just occurred to me --
it would be an awesome feature if, on seeing some fascinating position, one could click a snapshot button, whereby said game would be posted to some common gallery -- and then various other players could later pick up that game at that exact position on prior agreement and play it out.
Obviously, there would have to be a time lag for such a feature (lest the original players consult the groupthink) but I think it would be a neat way to study interesting positions...
This may be too much work to implement and/or not generate enough interest.
Just a wild thought.
