Almost any PGN viewer will do.
Portable Game Notation, or PGN, is a file format that can be used to save, view, and send chess games. It is fairly universally recognized by chess software.I might suggest you download ChessPad from http://www.wmlsoftware.com/download.html . It's a simple but powerful PGN viewer that should do what you need.
Hello All,
I'm looking for something that would allow me to enter moves and be able to watch the action of the game. Myself and a friend play by text messaging our moves back and forth. We each have a chess set in our houses to move the pieces according to the messages. A simple Java like chess game where I could enter all the moves from a completed game and watch it unfold is what I'd like. And be able to email the game to friend so he could open it and watch it too. What do I need to do this? I searched the forums, but "create chess game replay" wasn't really getting me anywhere...
Any help/advice would be appreciated - Thank you!
