this game shows how i was able to put knight on the sixth rank with absolute dominance. i just managed to steal an extra tempo from him. if i was extra tempo down i would have got mated instead

You say your puzzle rush and rating increased but you didn't say by how much and over what time frame. I would be curious to know this information.

my puzzle rush average score is steadily increasing to 17.  i manage to increase my average score by doing easy unrated learning tactics.  my daily rating has increased by about 180 points in the last 30 days.  i think this resulted by my improve knowledge of both how to create tactics,  understanding pawn structure and my this thread is almost all endgame training  oriented.  i can say i can hold even good players in king and pawn endgame.

in this game i tried to understand middlegame position by only having minor pieces and pawns.  i manage to win a pawn.

but its a draw

Why are you practicing positions that are impossible to happen in a game? Some of the positions are theoretically possible, but most aren't even that. You will never see an endgame that looks remotely like that in a real game.

That's a good question.  But for some reason,  it is working for me.  I for some reason have a different learning abilities. I struggled to learn from book.  Maybe,  cramping a lot during college years had made my memory dysfunction in nature.  I am planning to study some dk publishing book to rediscovered my form in reading.  Till then,  I have to continue this training presented in this thread.  The good news is that even though i had lot many draws,  I have some wins and a few losses.  Thus,  overall,  my rating point is increasing continously.

In this special game consists of  only bishops, rooks and pawns, I was able to delivere mate with a pawn. Playing this type of game teaches us how to tackle various middlegame position arising out of bishops and rooks endgame. Enjoy the game

That was pretty sloppy.

my this opponent certainly does not know the threat that arises out of the combination between the rook,  bishop and pawns.

my sloppiness was the result of not looking at the square his bishop will land to pin my rook.

this is my another game with only rooks and a queen.

i have develop a new game to learn new strategy never to find in the book to do after the opening and before the arrival of the middlegame phase.

I will explain the motives behind the move to help you understand. You could apply this on your own games to have better result.

Here,  i created the basics positioning of the pieces usually arrives after the opening. The kings are behind the shelter of the pawns.  The queenside pieces are left to play around  with wild creativity  without the restrictions from the pawn

The rook is lost in the end.
