Critical move

I am frustrated of late.  Some of my games are like winning and one move just blows the whole thing and I lose.  It's like I take my time, make sure everything is good and then bang, Blunder !!  What's worst is that the more I'm analysing, looking at morphy games etc... I'm doing blunders at critical moments in the game.   I know I know, it will get better....Just thought I would rant on the forum.  If my rating points can't go up, at least my forum points will lol.

One thing I've noticed as different between stronger players and  myself is that they do a better job sticking to the same structured thought process on nearly 100% of their moves ... rather than being super-careful on 60-70% of the moves, with  the rest of the moves subjected  to rushing, distractions or muddled thinking.

Either they are mentally conditioned/trained to be this disciplined or are naturally OCD/paranoid about playing safe.

The more you play the easier it will be to recognize patterns, familiar positions, spot danger quickly. Apart from studying play more live games 5 0, 10 0.
