Crystal League STUCK?

The Crystal League seems stuck? The top three winners should have moved on since last May 3rd, but they are still there and no one else is moving either? It looks like no one out of 60 is playing? It’s strange. How is something like this fixed?
no one had moved on position- yes it says the top have moved to Elite, but they are still there, including myself, and i am in same position number too. I remember when in previous league, the top three no longer show up on crystal once they have move on, and other people keep going up or down moving on the board according to number of games they win— there is nothing moving on crystal league. No movement at all.

You haven't played any games since the division ended. You have to play to get added to a division.
