There is automated software picking up what goes on in chat.
You have to actually send in a complaint about the stuff on your profile.
The contact email link is on the Help and Support page. There is a dropdown for reporting abuse.

Asking why you aren't allowed to curse in game chat while others can curse at you on your profile shows that you're already in the wrong, at least in terms of mindset. Why would you want to curse at someone here? Do you think it does you any good? Are you saying you should be allowed to curse at people in the game, as if it is appropriate, and that people shouldn't be able to curse at you back? Maybe I am mistaken, but it sounds like you have one huge double standard going here...

As mentioned above, inappropriate language in posts can make the offender subject to having their account closed. The "perfect work around" is to report them as abusing their membership.
In some cases, this is a situation where the person's native language is not English, and they don't realize how offensive vulgar language can be. They picked up a few words, and want to "try them out".
When I lose badly, I usually just swear at myself. Blaming my opponent for beating me with my own blunders is kind of pointless.

Just delete the note and block them. I've been in trouble with a moderator a few times my self, but I agree, it doesn't make any sense that you can't cuss in chat yet it is allowed on your wall.
