Take time and calculate all the variations for daily
Daily.

For rapid in the opening js play ur opening very quickly and then u can have more time in the middlegame and endgame to think or u can play 15+10 so u have time to calculate variations

just play like a regular game. make sure you dont run out of time(i sometimes lose on time in a winning position). press analysis(magnifying glass) to add any analysis(like a checkmate in 9), so you dont have to remember.

Daily is something that if you don't take the help of databases, calculate all the variations, you won't get higher.

Making quick moves in daily does not gain you any time (the time control is a fixed x hours/days per move, not a total time per game, and unused time does not get saved for the next moves). It does, however, reduce the time the opponent had available to analyze the next move.
Daily does allow you to make conditional pre-moves. So instead of meeting 1 e4 with 1 ... b6 and pre-moving 2 ... Bb7 you would play 1 ... b6 and set conditional moves (if 2 d4 then 2 ... Bb7, etc.). That avoids games like one my friend won in the 1980s when he played 1 e4 and his opponent responded 1 ... b6, if any then 2 ... Bb7. My friend played 2 Ba6 Bb7 3 Bxb7. Conditional pre-moves can be done when there is a forcing sequence. I have occasionally used conditional moves all the way to checkmate and have had a win six moves later without even having to look at the game again.

Allowed databases would be things like the Opening Explorer showing only the win/loss/draw percentages without showing the position computer evaluations.
You can also use a physical board and make your own notes (there is a private spot to put your personal notes so that you do not have to keep reanalyzing a position - your personal analysis without using a computer).
Any tips to get better at daily? I seriously suck at chess that needs a longer time like rapid or daily. Is it just me or others because I always blunder on rapid and daily even though I'm 2100 blitz but who cares honestly. Are there any tips to get better?
