Why there is so much difference in Chess.com Daily Chess and FIDE ratings of so many players?

In OTB, you can't use any resources but your mind. You also have limited time for moves.
In Daily, you can use books, game databases, and spend multiple days on moves. The kicker is, not everyone uses allowed resources, so many people will have a higher rating than their OTB one. Others play Daily as if it was blitz or OTB and may only spend a couple minutes per move, on most moves. Add to that timeoutes, and you can skew the rating a little higher.
