Database for Daily

I just played this game in "daily" mode. I have two questions about it.

First, I want to confirm I'm not breaking any rules. I didn't use an engine but I did use a database. Considering I got 99.3% accuracy, I don't want to get flagged for anything. In truth, I'd have made most of the moves even without the database. Only move 5 and 7 I probably wouldn't. But then, those are pretty key moves. So, I'm pretty sure I'm alright but I just want to confirm.

Second, I used two databases for this game, one of which is the chessbase "big database," and the other is a subset of that consisting of only strong games (both sides 2350+, no blitz or rapid). Oddly (or maybe not), move 5 does not appear in the strong database. So, I guess what I'm looking for, from all you database experts, is how do you make sure you are getting the best moves, but not filtering out all the interesting ones?

It sounds okay to me. Those things are allowed.

When I used to play daily, Chessbase had a feature where you could sort the moves played by rating, so you could see the moves that the best players were playing.
