You can only disable, not delete. You do that be going to the club under Club Settings > Show advanced options > Disable Club

How do you delete or "unjoin" a club? Select the club you want to quit under Clubs / My Clubs. From the club page go to Settings. At the bottom of the Settings is an option to Quit Club.
I like to “unjoin” clubs too
