Wait..isn't having multiple accounts cheating?

Yes, it is.

I am pretty sure that regardless of circumstances, if YOU have 2 separate accounts, it is illegal, not cheating, but illegal.

Its technically not cheating, but rather breaking site rule. I agree with PowerLevel

Thanks for the confirmation...thought I had you nailed.

Well, at least you finally nailed something, Raj.

It's a long story...I find though that there are advantages to being a plebe.  Sometimes the NM thingie gets respect, but with other people it is for some reason like waving a red flag in front of them and just seems to make them more combative.

Anyway, this way I can be a goof and have fun and nobody much cares (except of course for the occasional Roger).

Well, thanks...I guess. Wink

Were you NM tonydal?

To be honest I originally thought your rating was made up Smile, but I guess it's an interesting decision you have made -- you can be an NM, and have everyone assume that you are a normal (well...) person.

Avatar of AndyClifton

yep, that was me.

Well, it will certainly give you something more to jaw about.

Tell me Raj, which is sadder:  to hang out here all day, as I do, or to have nothing better to do with your time than to belittle those who do?

I looked up the top players in my state of Illinois and found there are many players rated above 2200 which are listed as "candidate masters" One player had a USCF rating of 2374 and was listed as "candidate master".

Avatar of Scottrf

Candidate Master is a FIDE title, not USCF, is it not?

Avatar of ponz111

Scottrf--good point!  It is a FIDE Title. The listing I looked at did not

mention this but you are correct.  So, I am guessing if someone makes a USCF rating of 2200 or above--he/she gets the Diamond Membership?

Anyone willing to come to my home and play me a USCF match?Cool

What about Kung-Fu masters and Master -Baiters of fishes?

Avatar of Abhishek2

what does that have to do with titled players?
