different analysis results

Is there a reason for having 3 different analysis outcomes? I did a quick 2 min analysis on my Android; the opponent I played did an anysis on his desktop and also his tablet. All three were different - varying in the amount of excellent/good moves, mistakes and blunders. Curious as to why that would happen.

The longer you leave it to analyse, the more depth it will see, so likely a 'deep' 10 minute analysis here will be different from a 'quick' 2 minute. Also your opponent may have been analysing using a different engine(s) than is used here and so got different results. In any case the difference between an engine assessed good move vs an excellent one, or a mistake vs a blunder is not particularly relevant IMO. Just so long as you can see which moves were inferior to other choices you could have made and why this was.

It is quite possible for a very short analysis time to suggest Qxe5 is the best move, but a longer one to suggest Qd5 is better, and for a longer one still to suggest that actually Qxe5 is indeed better.

Unless you use the same engine/time you can always get different results.
