Many people have some issues losing connections but you are not helping by continuing to use a 15 year old system that is no longer supported by Microsoft and has many security and stability issues of its own.
USB wifi connections may also be causing the problem, depending on how strong your connection is, how fast the router is, how many people are trying to use the connection at the same time and so on.
It may be it's time to consider upgrading.
@ notmtwain thank you for your advice my friend. You are right my PC is very very old. Microsoft does not support Windows XP anymore. I have to consider buying a new PC or laptop that has a built-in strong wifi and using Windows 10 as operating system. Which one is better PC or Labtop?

I think that being disconnected is quite common. Chess.com keeps stating that the fault lies at the user's end. Who knows?
I keep wondering how, if I've disconnected, Chess.com can send me a message that I have disconnected and have three minutes to reconnect. Seems inconsistent to me.
@ woton I just hope that chess.com doesn`t close my account, because I have become a premium member since 7th Sept. 2016 after experiencing play chess for a few months. It means that I am serious to play chess fairly and trying to increase my rating. If this happens again and again I am really disappointed when I have bought a new PC with the latest Windows operating system. Today I want to play again after following chess.com advice.
Your account won't be closed just because you're disconnecting a bunch.

Don't worry about your account being closed. Lately, I've lost many games because I supposedly "abandoned" them. I'm still here.
It's more of an annoyance than anything else, and I cannot believe that the fault is always at my end.
After 14 moves playing with audiebuere my game was abandoned again. My usb wifi is still working well. Why?? I am aware that I am using an old windows system XP. is that one of the reasons the game is always abandoned? Please tell me how to solve this problem. Thanks.
