Chess.com didn’t say anything about this either

Chess.com should have a sever status showing us that if there is any irregularities happening. every time these kind of disconnection happened, nothing was announced or published to paid or non-paid user.

Is it possible to contact chess.com to give me the points?

It is happening also in Spain. This is a shame. Two matches lost without the real possibility of playing

It's simple. You click your name on the top right corner (on desktop, it might be in a different position on mobile or app) and then click Preferences. The very first option in the "Game Display" tab under Preferences is "Piece Animation" which has different speed settings for piece movement.
