I'm no expert here, but from what I've read...Chess.com is a bit of a memory hog and if another program starts running, it runs out of memory and sometimes you can temporarily lose your connection. Did you try refreshing the page? Pretty sure that's the recommended course of action. I'll try and find an article or two...

Good afternoon.
I have a problem, if somebody can help me: while I am playing suddenly the time left start flashing and a message say to me "You have been disconnected and you will lose in 3 minutes".
But I still have my internet connection working.
This happen in the middle of the match.
Do anyone know by any chance how is possible sort this problem out please?
