do pc or mobile bullet players have advantage?

I only play on mobile and get crushed if we get down to like 5 seconds with some players. Ok the mobile app you can only premove one move, but on the computer you can premove up to 5 if I understand correctly. Do you believe that this gives computer bullet players an advantage? Maybe it’s offset by it being easier to move the pieces with your finger than a mouse click? Just curious your thoughts on whether mobile or pc is easier for bullet
